They responded immediately and connected me to very nice people who helped me estimate the moving costs and get ready. Movers on both ends were terrific.

After several email attempts and phone calls our coordinator responded to zero. Our furniture was handled with disregard and disrespect. Several items were broken.
Packers did a poor job. Items were misplaced and boxes mis labeled. Few items were broken due to their careless packing.
My property sat in their warehouse for a week. Nobody informed me that all of my belongings were not on the arriving truck; the remainder arrived three days later.
