Lack of communication. I had to call them multiple times for them to tell me that my 9'x13' rug was 'lost.'
At 12:00 on 12/27 I called and was told I was not scheduled for delivery at all! Deliveries mishandled and inaccurate. Will neglect commitments.
After I received my stored items, several major antique pieces were missing, as were my pots and pans. Disappointed.
