Yelp
Sergii and the crew from EQ were incredible. Kind, efficient, and transparent about fees/rates.
Yelp
I got quotes from several others and they were the most reasonable. They were also very transparent throughout the process so there were no surprises.
Yelp
I've used EQ Movers for two moves, and they've been fantastic both times. They provide clear estimates and walk through the final bill when complete. Never any extra charges or funny math.
Negative Excellent Quality Movers Reviews
Yelp
It was our second time using EQM and also the last. They scratched both the kitchen table and bedside tables, and chipped glass on a table. These items were wrapped, so this was unacceptable.
Yelp
Sticker shock! They didn't tell me they would use and charge us for wardrobe boxes. They also said mattress covers were included, then charged for them. The movers later demanded a 15% tip.
Yelp
They were cheap and only mildly late. But did a lot of damage to property, walls, and door frames. They also folded my mattress in half. You'll pay more on the back end via damaged property.
Neutral Excellent Quality Movers Reviews
Yelp
They did a very good job and nothing was broken or lost, but the move needed a second truck and cost significantly more than the initial estimate. Martin was a pleasure to deal with.
Yelp
They were really great movers who were quick to act and very gentle with all of our belongings. They lost some screws and damaged the bed frame too.
Yelp
EQ charges very low rates, but they ding you with many little fees. The movers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. My two-bedroom move took five hours, but furniture had scratches and nicks.
