Negative Metcalf Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
The crew arrived late for both pickup and delivery, broke several items, and lost several boxes. We received no compensation for the missing items.
No driver was assigned after more than a month, so items went into storage and moved through pods. Extra handling caused damage and water damage.
They lost two cartons containing new items. The moving coordinator provided little follow-up or help locating them and directed me to submit a claim.
Neutral Metcalf Moving & Storage Reviews
Very nice team, but the piano could not be moved as estimated, adding time and cost. Pieces for U-line shelves were lost, creating extra work.
Yelp
The office staff were fantastic and kept us updated, but delivery arrived six days after the guaranteed window. Many items were damaged, mostly from poor packing.
The movers were timely and delivered everything the same day, but a leather recliner and other furniture had new scratches and nicks.
