Negative Nice Move Inc. Reviews
kevin kim, Google
The crew was excellent—fast, efficient, and professional. The driver was rude and unprofessional, talked down to me, hung up mid-call, and smoked constantly.
Myo L Campbell Sr., Google
The crew's work was efficient, expeditious and professional. I was quoted one number over the phone, told something vague at the move, then hit with surprise charges. The price was much higher than expected.
Raghavendra lagisetty, Google
The website showed travel time was not included, but I was charged for it. The mover also rounded up time and damaged my wall. I felt I paid too much.
Neutral Nice Move Inc. Reviews
Sarah Warshaw, Google
Sergei helped move me with ease. His team organized my belongings, communicated well, and worked efficiently. I was charged for an extra half hour and driving back through the city, which felt like being ripped off.
Yelp
Not the best, but not the worst. The crew worked efficiently, but I felt they tried to run the clock.
Kristen H, Google
Efficient, speedy movers stayed true to their estimated moving time. They dumped personal trash, including cups and cigarette packs, on my neighbor's lawn.
