Noah Ostrowski, Google
They were super quick, but not messy or rough with my items. The crew lead came up with a very clever solution: hoisting the table through our first-floor window.
Negative Noah's Ark Moving & Storage Inc. Reviews
Jude (estimator) underestimated the move scope. That resulted in a significant bump in cost, only communicated at the end. We also got dinged $225 for delivering 10 boxes pre-move.
The person who came out upped our estimate by $1000!!! That was a 75% increase in cost. Every single piece of wood furniture was scratched. An entire box of dishes clearly marked 'FRAGILE' was dropped and everything was broken.
15 days later and still waiting for our belongings. After the truck was unpacked we realized half our belongings didn't even make it on the truck. Tables had legs ripped off, and a couch was damaged.
Neutral Noah's Ark Moving & Storage Inc. Reviews
Yelp
The prices were reasonable and not inflated, they kept pretty much to the estimate, and moved things quickly with no damage. My only issue is that Customer Service was lacking.
Yelp
The men were friendly and nice and operated for the most part under a sense of urgency—it went quickly. One guy moved my shoe rack and it fell on the ground.
Yelp
They secured everything down and nothing was broken in the transfer, so that was good. They did leave packing tape over a lot of the furniture.
