Yelp
The crew was on time, friendly, and fast, but they arrived without materials for our TVs and never followed up with a solution.
Yelp
The pickup was fine, but delivery caused damage. Olympia initially denied the claim over the deadline, then honored it after we explained an employee gave incorrect guidance.

Very good orchestration and execution of both moves. Moving teams were very professional. I did have to do a bunch of work to resolve some billing issues.
