They don’t call back
We were told it was $125 an hour, but the final charge was $375 for a three-hour minimum.
After the move, I found claw-like scratches on my grandmother’s vanity. It had been in almost perfect condition, and the damage is irreplaceable.

The people are great and flexible, but packing used too many poorly labeled boxes. Several fragile items and furniture pieces were broken or scratched.
Most workers were very friendly and easy to talk to, but trips lagged behind, the piano was difficult to move, and furniture was not wrapped.
