They damaged my grandmother's vanity, stacked boxes unsafely, and ignored my storage requests. Items were mishandled and left hard to access. I will not use their services again.
I was quoted $125/hour, but was charged a three-hour minimum of $375. Confusing pricing, uncooperative movers, and staff took long breaks. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
