Way beyond my expectations! They moved everything with care and ease, reinstalled every piece after my floors were refinished, and patiently made placement adjustments.
Negative Samonas Prime Moving & Storage Inc. Reviews
One of the movers dropped and badly damaged a heavy piece of furniture trying to move the top off the base by himself and damaged both parts. They took it with them and said they would have it fixed.
I got an appointment for giving me a moving estimate. The guy was a no show twice! The second time I waited for 30 minutes. There was no phone call and no apologies. Very unprofessional.
Yelp
I informed them also that I was missing items, including, but not limited to, a box of blue and white transferware Thanksgiving plates, 20 of them. Some of our boxes were crushed.
Neutral Samonas Prime Moving & Storage Inc. Reviews
Yelp
Nice people, easy to schedule with, and very reasonable. Revising down from 5 to 3 stars, because I am having the worst time scheduling another move with them right now.
