We were never provided weight tickets or an itemized bill. We were directed to pay more than $7,500 before the crew would unload our belongings. Atlas never responded to our concerns.
The truck was three hours late, the driver wanted me to drive him 20 miles to a casino to cash a check, and most of our furniture was damaged.
