Nearly every piece of furniture was damaged, including a deformed couch, bent lamp, cracked supports, and shattered glass. Several boxes and items were missing, and the company disputed full-protection coverage.
jenna streeter, Google
The move into our renovated home left a six-foot wall gouge, damaged refrigerator, door, flooring, and furniture. After recognizing several problems, the company became unresponsive and offered less than the repair costs.
Joy Lamas, Google
They presented a $4,000 bill after loading, then demanded another $3,000 after unloading. A box containing a bedspread and kitchen supplies was also missing. We felt the final charge was a bait-and-switch.

The move itself was good, but a furniture piece broke and the claim process stalled for months. After the review, someone contacted me and resolved the issue.
Chris Heath, Google
The movers were polite, but the truck was undersized, two TVs and a mattress were not moved, and ceramic mugs and a speaker were damaged.
