They were very careful not to scratch the furniture or the walls, and very respectful.
Negative Thompson Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
The movers were rude to building residents, blocked private parking, and refused to move the truck until police arrived. Very unprofessional.
We are still finding damage to furniture and art that is costing us money. It's obvious they didn't wrap anything. I couldn't be more disgusted and disappointed.
Yelp
They gave a reasonable quote but charged almost twice as much based on the actual time. They also left the screws for reassembling my bed at the old place.
Neutral Thompson Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
Yelp
These movers were friendly and fast, but promised shrink-wrapping and carpet runners were not provided; some furniture had scratches and chipped paint, and the crew did not wear masks.
