Excellent moving company. All of the movers were exceedingly polite. Lisa in the office was incredibly helpful. No damage to items noted.
Negative West Tennessee Moving and Storage Reviews
Very unhappy with the cost. The workers were awesome, but I paid for 6 people and 2 trucks; it took three hours and cost $625 per hour for a two-mile move.
Boxes arrived with holes, trucks were sloppy, and many items were broken. There was no accounting for boxes, and the move felt completely unprofessional.
Many things were broken, and the final cost was $1,500 more than the quote. Many items were unaccounted for and boxes were not clearly marked.
Neutral West Tennessee Moving and Storage Reviews
Our movers were friendly, cautious, arrived on time, and worked quickly. They left scuffs and gouges on walls, and the dryer needed a repair.
I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness, but several items arrived broken: a chair, picture frames, a toaster, and an air fryer.
The move itself was good, but two movers had bad attitudes, scuffed the door frame and floor, and did not assemble the beds as promised.
