When our belongings arrived, several items were damaged or improperly reassembled, including a headboard installed backward, scratched furniture, unattached dresser mirrors, and crushed lampshades.

He damaged and lost so many items it is unreal. He improperly packed literally everything in my house. Everything was mislabeled. Then he forgot to bring some of our stuff on delivery day.
Tuesday morning got a call from Mike saying truck broke down. We finally got our stuff delivered on Saturday Nov. 4th at 3pm. We saw two large indentations in the driveway.
