Negative Cord Moving and Storage Reviews
Communication was horrid: no delivery-window call, the driver arrived hours late, and I had to keep calling the office. The delivery was rescheduled for another week.
The delivery men were professional and polite, but the office staff were rude and unprofessional when I called about scheduling.
They do not communicate well with the customer without prompting. The delivery arrived 1.5 hours late, and I had to stay home all day because they gave no morning or afternoon window.

Although they contacted me at several points before delivery and arrived on time, the delivery person was difficult to understand and arrived without tools, leaving me to attach my sofa legs.
The delivery crew did a good job, but they did not take the old mattress and box springs as expected. There should be a backup plan for disposal.
The delivery crew was extremely unfriendly, to the point of being rude. A customer should not feel like a burden.
