Although they did a good job of contacting me at several points before delivery and being on time, the actual delivery person was impossible to understand. Additionally, they arrived without tools, leaving me to attach the legs to my sofa.
The delivery guys did a good job. Frustrated they did not take the mattress as promised. There were tears on the back, but no stains. There should be a backup plan like taking it to the dump.
Extremely unfriendly delivery crew, to the point of being rude. Tried to hide survey portion by folding the sheet. Was relieved when they left. A customer shouldn’t feel like a burden.
