Negative The Armstrong Company Reviews
Yelp
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Worst experience we've had. Broken furniture they refused to reimburse, pieces missing, lack of communication. They delivered our goods in two shipments... driver had no idea of contents.
Everything delivered to their new assignment... nearly every piece of furniture destroyed or damaged beyond use. NOTHING was wrapped. Vases and kitchen appliances thrown together in the same box... Completely unacceptable!! DO BETTER!!!
Do not use this company. At my house till 11:00 pm, not enough workers, threw stuff in the truck. Items were stolen. They lied on the inventory. Forced to fight with claims process. Terrible and dishonest.
