Diane Tri, Google
After the crew left, we found multiple items not packed or moved. The coordinator blamed us for not requesting a walk-through, and no money was refunded for items we had to move.

The cost estimate was not accurate. They did not wrap the mattresses, and the paint on the stair railing, roof, and mattress cover had some damage.

They damaged a beautiful live edge wood table, and four months later we still have no answers about a proper fix or reimbursement.
Neutral Piepho Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
Only one handcart had padding, and no blankets protected most items. I am finding scratches and dents on my wood furniture, including pieces that have been in my family for 70+ years.
Yelp
The estimator was extremely knowledgeable, and his estimate was essentially spot on. The packers missed some items, and the main office was not responsive.
Yelp
Working with Fran was excellent. The main office was not friendly and messed up our arrival date, making the move very stressful.
