Yelp
They were very understanding and accommodating when I rescheduled twice. The move was smooth and fast, the crew arrived on time, and the final bill came in well under the estimate.
Negative Move 4 Less, LLC Reviews
Yelp
The estimate was $5,000, then rose to $6,200 after pickup. We also faced delivery delays, damaged items, and a $200 settlement offer.
Yelp
They damaged almost every piece of furniture, including a table, couch, vanity, and chairs. The claim response rejected responsibility, leaving us unable to recover the repair costs.
Yelp
The quote was $576, but the final charge reached $900 after travel time and box charges. They held part of my belongings until I paid and damaged my dining table.
Neutral Move 4 Less, LLC Reviews
Yelp
The quote was right on budget, and the crew worked efficiently, but they crushed several boxes and handled items roughly. I would not use them for expensive furniture or valuables.
Yelp
The company communicated well, arrived on time, and finished early at a reasonable price. A sewing-table wheel broke, a table was gouged, and other furniture had dings and scrapes.
Yelp
The movers were prompt and professional, but a couch was torn and a picture scratched. The price was reasonable, though the crew used unprofessional language.
