Negative MovePro Moving and Storage Reviews
Lisa Zerkle, Google
They wrapped precisely 6 pieces of furniture and the rest were left exposed. The rest of the items suffered extreme scratches, scuffs, chips --including antique items (125+ yrs old). Multiple totes were also destroyed.
Jasmine Kemp, Google
They turned boxes upside down and all sorts of ways when they are clearly labeled. I had cooking oil go all over another box. My mirror is broken at the corner.
Rory Schmidt, Google
The quote we recieved did not match the actual amount we were billed. Move Pro charged us an additional $5,000 on top of our quote. They also broke an expensive custom window.
