Negative AD Movers Reviews
I discovered an acoustic guitar and two sets of SCUBA fins and masks were missing, and the company could not locate them after I called.
An expensive family chair broke, Christmas ornaments broke, and my dinner table was scratched. The company refused reimbursement, and I had to pay close to $1,000 to have it refinished.
One mover removed my couch’s protective covering, used dirty dollies, checked his phone, and left tracks and scratches. The owner was dismissive and rude when I reported it.
Neutral AD Movers Reviews
Movers were professional and fast, but insurance requests went unanswered, the team arrived late, and a desk was damaged. I was charged for extra time before receiving a partial adjustment.
Only one mover arrived at first, work began late, and one mover checked his phone while waiting. They took their time, so I would not recommend them.
