The movers were prompt, careful with my belongings and friendly to all in my household, including my animals.
Negative William C. Huff Moving & Storage Reviews
They loaded a truck for my cross-country move without protecting items, and my belongings were destroyed. I was disappointed by the warehouse employees' handling and lack of respect for my possessions.
My move caused $752 in damage at the old house and more at the new one. A leather couch was dragged on concrete, and no one called back after I asked to discuss the problem.
The in-home estimate was $1,500–$2,000, but the later quote was almost $3,000. The small move took under five hours total, and crew minimums drove up the cost.
