I got 6 quotes for the move and Ali was the only person who gave me a fair estimate without an upsell pitch. Edson and his team were very nice and professional.
From start to finish Ali was attentive and flexible. I probably changed my pick-up and drop-off date three times and each time he made it work! His team was thorough.

On moving day, one mover said the truck was too small, leaving belongings behind. They demanded an additional $300 before unloading the first load, then returned with a van and one mover.

Nearly every piece of furniture had a dent or a scratch. My cheese boards broke despite packing and fragile labeling, and two drawers stopped working after reassembly.

They broke my crystal electric fireplace and the hallway light. After delivery, I was missing multiple rugs and smaller pieces.

They damaged my bed during dismantling and reassembly, saying they lacked the right tools. The team accommodated me during a busy season, which earned the extra star.

The move was completed from point A to B, but the hourly estimate and poor responses made the experience difficult. I should have confirmed a flat rate.
