Within 15 minutes of requesting a quote on their website I received an e-mail from the owner... giving a run down on the pricing and explaining the process.
Negative Fresh Start Moving Services Reviews
Damien Burton, Google
Kasey assured me that this would not be a problem, stating that I would receive an invoice after the job was completed for final payment. However, this turned out to be false.
Anna Kazankova (Anya), Google
The owner John assured that they always use blankets and neoprene runners... we ended up with the truck that could only fit half of our stuff. Two trips were needed, and we paid twice more than quoted.
Neutral Fresh Start Moving Services Reviews
DonneLee Meloney, Google
On a positive note, the 3 guys came to work. They were all hard workers. It was just a bit chaotic... none of the furniture was shrink wrapped as promised.
