They sent me a text to notify me when they were 20 minutes out. The three guys were very efficient with packing, and none of my items were damaged.
Negative Hercules Movers LLC Reviews
Brian M, Google
The movers were nice and efficient, but they accidentally broke two legs of our $600 coffee table. We never received a call from the office despite multiple calls and emails.
Miguel, Google
The men who came to move my Pelaton Bike broke one of the wires. I have been trying to file a claim for over a month to get it fixed, but they never called back.
Ron Zimmerman, Google
They showed up 4 hours late. Movers banged walls up, damaged a doorway and floor, and left paint chips from the gun safe down the steps. I called and texted; after a week, there was no reply.
Neutral Hercules Movers LLC Reviews
Piyush Yadav, Google
The movers were efficient and nice, but they missed the legs of three furniture items and the screws and legs of my futon. I had to retrieve some items and could not get a response.
8-Ballshooter, Google
A little too fast, needed to be a little more careful. Scratched up some floors, damaged the dryer vent, and a cabinet. Polite, worked together, and were on time.
Ricaa Ric, Google
The movers did a nice job and nothing was broken, but I was charged more than quoted. They finished in less than three hours, yet the deposit was not deducted as promised.
