Negative Herlihy Moving & Storage Reviews
The moving coordinator rarely answered emails, and we had to call for updates. Our belongings arrived three days late, with dusty, crushed boxes and damaged items.
The movers were inexperienced, nearly every item was damaged, and they left the job for over two hours. A wall was also damaged, and some belongings arrived the next day.
Boxes marked fragile were crushed, dishes and heirloom pottery were broken, and some areas were left unpacked. The packing team also charged for materials they did not use.
