They handled all of our items as it was their own personal items. Everything they said they would do, they did. Example putting together our beds and a table. They were very careful with everything, very professional …everything you would want in a moving company!

Moving can be chaotic, but these movers were really organized. They provided clear labels for all my boxes, making unpacking at the new place much easier. They offered a color-coding system for different rooms, which kept things more streamlined.

There was wonderful communication. From the first booking to the day of the transfer, they kept me informed at every stage of the procedure. A day before the relocation, they contacted me to double-check the information.

Sadly we had a LOT of damage as these PROFESSIONAL movers placed boxes on top of bare table tops which got scratched up and ruined. Also, heavier boxes placed on top of lighter boxes which were smashed and destroyed.

The two movers arrived on time. This is the only thing that was successful about this move. There was an entire hour of smoke breaks that I apparently have to pay for.

I was quoted 119.00 an hour. He never said there was a 2 hour minimum nor did he mention travel and surcharges. A 45 minute move of 2 items cost us 378.00!!!!!
