Negative Federal Companies Reviews
Workers did not seem experienced. Packed fragile glass posters carelessly that arrived with shattered, dangerous shards of glass. They either left or lost the side rails of my antique sleigh bed, rendering the bed useless.
They have lost most of our belongings, including expensive belongings, appliances, and furniture. They even broke furniture in a way that was not correctable.

The claims process with their parent company is a nightmare. They lost my items and will not reimburse me even though I have insurance.
