Negative Otter Moving & Storage Reviews
Jiyoon Kim, Google
Despite a quote that included storage, I was automatically charged the storage fee again. The company had promised no hidden fees, which was very disappointing.

They damaged my electrical standing desk during the move and later denied it. They also lost my business inventory that cost thousands and offered $6 as compensation.

Neither of my two mattresses was wrapped or properly protected. The inconsistent pricing, unexpected additional charges, lack of transparency, and poor handling of my items made the experience feel unprofessional.
