Julia Frandeen, Google
A failure to inventory completely, pad/wrap thoroughly, and load properly meant that we had both damage and loss. Our move coordinator was totally unreachable throughout the whole experience.
Alana L., Yelp
They canceled my delivery appointment two days before their scheduled delivery. I didn't receive my bike because they said they put it on the wrong truck. They wouldn't respond to my email about the missing bike.
Dan C., Yelp
The movers themselves were friendly but too rushed and disorganized, leading to damaged and lost items. Six weeks post-move, I was still waiting for the claims process to begin despite repeated calls and emails.

Except for them breaking my television and not letting us know until the mover discovered it, they were okay. They did the job, but I was disappointed about the TV.
Joe J., Yelp
The estimated delivery was Thursday, but they could not guarantee it. We paid an extra $460 for local delivery on Saturday. The furniture arrived in good shape and was reassembled.
