Fast, on time, friendly, and paid exactly what I was told up front. Edit: Was forced to make the review while the moving team was in my home. When I discovered a series of damaged items, they only provided compensation if I signed an agreement to not leave any negative reviews.

Kept time to three hours. Weirdly asked me to tip more after I gave a 24% tip in cash. Then proceeded to take my phone to rate themselves. Don't think that was super professional.

Generally I thought they were competent. They seemed a bit unprepared as I had given a very precise inventory ahead of time and yet they still needed to do an inventory once they arrived.
