"The Worst Moving Experience – Total Rip-Off! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from this company! My experience with them was an absolute nightmare. They broke two of my monitors, worth around $550, trashed the floor, and to top it all off, one of their movers spent the entire time spewing disrespectful garbage about me. But it gets even worse — these guys are total scam artists. They dragged the move out to a ridiculous 9 hours when it should have taken 4-5, just to jack up the charges and bleed me dry for every extra hour they could. Their so-called “claims process” is a complete insult. I filed a claim for the damaged monitors, and they had the nerve to offer me a laughable $32. That’s not compensation; it’s a slap in the face! This company is a disgrace — unprofessional, shady, and downright disrespectful. Don’t waste your time or money."

"Im extremely disappointed with this company, please beware of this company. they have so many hidden fees, extremely unprofessional movers, scratched a lot of my property, they were conducting a training which slowed down my move time. Please beware of the hold they will put on your card - 6 hours of work. and they charge you for the movers traveling time from and leaving you. Armando is who I spoke too as my sales rep - chose the company they were local and a small business. Biggest regret of my life, I am out almost 1k, a damaged fridge, and at a loss of words."

"UPDATE: So here’e the real deal. Halfway through my move, the driver asked me to take a picture and literally opened the review for me. He gave himself 5 stars and asked me to write whatever I thought as he stood next to me. Weird. We even joked that he had given himself his own 5-star review. And truly, that part of the team was great. Friendly. Helpful. Hard workers. We had fun and they were efficient. In addition, I had nothing but problems trying to Zelle them money for the transportation, and they made allowances for me to pay it all in cash the following day. Awesome! BUT… An hour later my dogs were missing because they didn’t secure the yard after moving things from the back. I’m disabled, so I was really counting on them to do this job. My dogs were gone and my heart was broken. If I had not been able to recover both of my four-legged family members, this company would have had a huge problem. As it was, both pets were found and returned home safely, so I let it go with just informing them so it wouldn’t happen again. Now with both pets missing for a portion of the afternoon, I was unable to make the drive to the new location that day, and instead departed the following morning at 4:00 AM to be sure an arrive before the moving truck. The next day, the crew didn’t show to deliver my move, but no one called to inform me. My driver eventually called to ask if anyone had contacted me. Nope. We rescheduled for the next day. I was exhausted. They finally got a crew the following afternoon, late in the day, and the crew was once again helpful, friendly, and hard working. I had multiple conversations with dispatchers and management, and each time they would say, “I’ll call you right back.” Not once did they call me back. I asked for some recognition and maybe a discounted portion of the move after losing my family, delaying the move, lack of communication, but all I got was silence from management. In the end, the guys here taking care of my move did all right. The wood on my piano is damaged, but based on my experience so far, I’m not sure this company will do anything about it. And I did not feel good about leaving his 5-star review as it stood when ultimately I did not have a 5-star experience. Was it the driver’s fault? Nope. The ground crew? In part. Management needs to take responsibility. Original post from day of move: Great experience! Highly recommend! Super friendly and helpful. Will call if I need movers again."

"Pros and cons of my moving experience. I contacted this company among several others and spoke with Jay for about 15 minutes. He sold me with his charm and knowledge. He sent me an estimate which seemed reasonable and I chose this company. They arrived (2 guys) when they said they would (between 8-10am) and on three occasions didn’t follow instructions. They called like they said they would and I was impressed by how quick and careful these two were. They worked well as a team and did go above and beyond my expectations. My only issue was with Christian. He was instructed to curb my mattress, which has a moving cover on it. He asked me after he brought it down if he could keep the moving cover. I told him no, to leave it so the manager could easily get it so sanitation could pick it up. The move was about done and I see the mattress without the cover. I asked for it back and was ignored till I asked again. He eventually apologized. Next, the guys were unloading at the destination. They weren’t even done when I’m told to contact their office for payment. Right as I pick up my phone, I get a notification that a second charge was placed on my credit card. I call their office and spoke with Alfonso, he said my total was over $700. The guys showed up around 8:20am and we’re finished at 10:38am. They charged me for 4 hours and the travel charge. Which they quoted me they said the minimum was three hours plus travel charge of $75. Alfonso said I’m to pay for drive time. They are from Los Angeles and they were driving to Burbank which is 20-40 minutes max. That hidden charge should be disclosed beforehand. The fact that they didn’t is where I find this company dishonest. This company has a lot of potential but the hidden fees is where you lost me for future moving needs."
