Negative All My Sons Moving & Storage Reviews
Erin L., Yelp
I hired them for a local intrastate move and specifically warned them about higher-value furniture. Several pieces were damaged, including a natural-stone table they broke completely. The claims process involved repeated escalation and poor communication.
Walter Dix, Google
When quoting me some prices they failed to mention a large increase in labor hours for overtime. The delivery guys were awesome. They scratched one of the walls... Broke a couple small items.
Laschelle Monroe, Google
I was charged over $1,000 to move a one bedroom trailer. I never received an itemized bill. I called the office manager twice to ask about my bill, and he was rude.
Neutral All My Sons Moving & Storage Reviews
Erica Walker, Google
I had to call 4 different numbers to reach someone. The price kept going up... Cailin was extremely professional and listened to the situation.
chris gourley, Google
They quoted me 2650 and said it would take 6 to 8 hours. They took 10 hrs to move 1/3 of our stuff and tried to charge 5600. The workers were great.
TN Reviewer, Google
Movers were amazing! Did a great job, friendly, professional and went over charges in depth that office/scheduling didn’t discuss. PLEASE ask about hidden fees when scheduling.
