There were so many excessive fees on the invoice including fuel surcharge (even though our move was only 6 miles), materials charge (over $200 and I had hardly any stuff) and a garbage disposal fee that was almost $100!

Mattresses were not wrapped and ended up dirty. To top it off, the movers broke a large standing mirror, told us to file a claim and 1 week later we still haven't heard back from the central office.
The crew arrived without basic equipment—no dolly, no tools—despite this being a scheduled, confirmed move. I had to provide my own toolkit and borrow a dolly from my apartment building.
