Our king-size sleigh bed, which is a very nice piece of furniture, was left with multiple scratches and scrapes. Our hardwood flooring was also scratched.

Tons of hidden fees. Paid $230 for materials to wrap a table and mattress and dresser. To move my 1 bed 1 bath cost $985.

Originally quoted $500 and was told that was incorrect a day before move, paid almost double by the end of the process. Movers were very polite but glass for a table was broken.

The movers did a great job! I was told one fee when I called for the move and was charged more than was expected. They charge for 3 hrs @ $189/hr no matter how long it takes.
