Dennis B., Yelp
Communications with GVA were insufficient and unresponsive. When I raised concerns, the owner declined to answer. They also took 40 days to send my check, and I had to call to remind them.
Ann J., Yelp
I was met with a condescending attitude. After emailing pictures of expensive antiques, I was told it would not be cost effective; they did not ask for more pictures or discuss the other items.

The last thing I bought was broken when we got it. I tried to delete my account, but the app would not let me, and repeated contacts for help went unanswered.
