Yelp
We had a last minute date change but My Guys were on it! They showed up just after 1pm and got to work uber quick. Nothing—literally, nothing—got damaged!
Negative My Guys Moving & Storage Inc Reviews
Yelp
The crew who packed our home failed to pack with care, damaging a prized grandfather clock and entertainment center. The unpacking crew also caused gashes in walls and furniture.
Yelp
I was quoted $9,655 for the interstate move, but the final cost was $11,805, including an unexplained $1,225 origin/destination fee. Representatives were slow to answer my questions.
My Guys delivered our boxes but not all of them. When we reported the missing family heirlooms, we received the run around and no timely follow-up.
Neutral My Guys Moving & Storage Inc Reviews
Yelp
We ended up paying almost double what was originally estimated, and we did a ton of moving ourselves. The three movers were amazing and barely stopped all day.
They were reasonably priced, and Terry was very thorough. Still, boxes were not labeled or placed correctly, some plates were damaged, and wardrobe boxes were dumped.
Yelp
Movers are hard workers, prices are fairly competitive, and they showed up on time. Many boxes went to the wrong floor, and they did not call ahead as promised.
