Negative ACE Moving & Storage Reviews
Sara at Cali Crystals, Google
This company was dependable and careful, but I was unhappy with extra fees, including a $120 traveling fee, that were not explained. Ask for the total price upfront.
Katie Holley, Google
The moving work went well, but the final total exceeded the high estimate by $247. The estimate did not clearly include all travel charges.
Whitney, Google
Movers dragged furniture across the hardwood floor, causing scratches. They stopped responding after I reported the damage, despite earlier communication.
Neutral ACE Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
Nice guys. Reliable. Way overpriced. I felt the time spent moving furniture did not match the price charged.
Darla Revere, Google
Josh handled planning well, but the first crew arrived late, worked slowly, broke a lamp and table leg, and forced the move to continue two days later. A second crew finished professionally.
lolita fey, Google
A scheduling change did not reach the drivers, and I was asked to pay for waiting time. They also refused to assemble furniture and broke a chest of drawers.
