There were a few missed items left behind. They also did not come with the correct packaging for my items.
The facility can no longer locate ANY of her items and has been ignoring repeated calls to resolve the issue.
My items were delivered later than the promised delivery window, and a promised refund for the late delivery was later denied.

While I have no complaints about the professionalism of the movers, major damage was done to my piano, and the repair was still incomplete months later.
The gentlemen who unloaded were professional and caring, but delivery communication was less than stellar. Repeated emails to an office administrator were never returned.
