Furniture was damaged on the move from the first day. There were cuts in my headboard and scratches all over my chairs. They also lost the brackets to my king size bed.

When I arrived at my new house 24 hours later, my floors were completely destroyed. They said it was my fault because they aren't plumbers and refused all responsibility.

In the estimate I was assured that everything would be out Friday. This definitely didn't happen. Too many of our things were damaged and some broken beyond repair.

They may do better when moving you personally, but they loaded my POD and put heavier totes on top of fragile ones, breaking several things.
