Negative Pure Moving Company Orange County Movers Local & Long Distance Reviews
Nancy K., Yelp
The arrival window was 8–9am, but I received a call close to 9am saying they were still 40 minutes away. The move started near 10am, and the movers later went to the wrong address, wasting an hour and a half.
Igor W., Yelp
We discussed moving on Saturday, completed a video walkthrough, and received an email listing Sunday. By Friday, we had to find a new moving company for the next day. This scheduling error was extremely frustrating.
Courtney C., Yelp
After packing and loading, I heard nothing for two weeks. The company gave no straight answers, and my belongings arrived six days after the available delivery date, with several items broken or lost.
Neutral Pure Moving Company Orange County Movers Local & Long Distance Reviews
Katie N., Yelp
While the move was completed, the crew seemed disengaged and took longer breaks. Boxes were not placed in their labeled rooms, and an expensive mirror was moved without protection.
Casey Hampton, Google
This company no longer does moves in the state of Florida. I was just informed this by the company.
David Gibney, Google
Nurkeldi and his crew moved our one-bedroom apartment in one day. They were kind and professional, but the 10-hour move left some computer monitors and a sofa unmoved.
