I paid almost $500, but we did most of the work. The movers broke an award, banged items against walls, and stopped working when I wasn't helping.

Movers promised to dispose of my bed frame, but left it blocking the garbage-room entrance. They also broke a shelf, damaged a TV cabinet, and failed to wrap items properly.

I was charged three hours of travel time despite tracking a 30-minute stop, and the move took much longer than expected. The crew also appeared to work slowly.

The moving team was polite and friendly, but three items were damaged because they used plastic without padding. Management reportedly rushed them to the next job.
