Many broken items by movers back in May 2024. I purchased their insurance, but after six months they still had not communicated or issued compensation.

I received a 4-8 day timeframe for my items to arrive, but it took 23 days with absolutely no updates. When they arrived, several items were damaged and/or lost.

Our intrastate delivery was delayed and rescheduled four times over several weeks, with poor and inconsistent communication. We spent over two weeks sleeping on the floor while waiting for our items.
