The quote I received was what I paid and it was cheaper than any place else around.
Kevin Moore, Google
It was estimated to be 7.5 hours and they got it done in 5.25. It was raining hard, but they didn’t complain once. Not a single ding on any belongings or walls anywhere.
Negative O'Sullivan Moving & Storage CO. Reviews
Marc Gold, Google
My move resulted in damage to my belongings, and the way the company has handled the situation afterward has been even more frustrating than the damage itself.
Bobby, Google
The estimate I received was nowhere close to what I was charged. They shattered an invaluable item in transit, and follow-up requests for reimbursement received no response.
Chris Jurkiw, Google
This goes without mentioning the unprofessional swearing and arguments between their employees, damaging my new floors and furniture.
Neutral O'Sullivan Moving & Storage CO. Reviews
Patricia Beaver, Google
The movers were very professional but what I was told about the quote on the phone was not what transpired. Minimums quoted become the ACTUAL cost, even if your job takes half the time.
Linda Williams, Google
When I finally did get a hold of Christine O'Sullivan she was rude, interrupted me, was defensive, and told me that my bill was actually $90 a month, not $45.
Sarah Prince, Google
The move overall was good, but I did not appreciate Jeff's attitude. I would still use O'Sullivan, but I would make sure Jeff was not assigned to my move.
