Our summary of U&U Movers Chicago
Careful hands, quick moves, and one serious pricing warning. Ten reviews were analyzed, with 90% positive feedback and 10% negative feedback; no neutral reviews were provided. Positive customer feedback repeatedly describes respectful crews, careful handling, on-time arrivals, fast work, and efficient moves that reduced stress. Several customers viewed U&U as more affordable than competing movers, and one praised the team for taking a next-day job after another company nearly tripled its quote. Pricing remains the key concern: one customer paid slightly more because of extra belongings, while another reported a $2,100 bill, three times the quote, plus unfinished assembly and items left around the home. This contrast suggests strong service when the crew and estimate align, but customers should confirm pricing, timing, and included tasks before booking.
