Our summary of Washington DC Pro Movers
Careful crews, quick answers, and fair rates lead the way. Washington DC Pro Movers received 64 reviews: 62 were positive (96.9%), two were negative (3.1%), and none were neutral. Positive customer feedback highlights experienced movers, careful handling, flexible scheduling, frequent communication, fast replies, and reasonable pricing. Several customers said the company cost less than competing options or honored quotes without hidden fees. The negative input points to broken promises and higher-than-expected costs: one customer reported a 10-hour move that exceeded $1,000 after expecting four to five hours and $500, while another said a quoted price was changed within 24 hours. These concerns contrast with the many reports of reliable follow-up and fair billing, so clearer time estimates, equipment planning, and written price commitments would strengthen trust.
