Avoid! If you see their truck pull up close the door and walk away. We used a third party company who sub-contracted it to A1 Freeman. They quoted us 500 cu ft, later changed to 1200, nearly tripling costs. Packing was terrible; items arrived broken.
While the crew was nice and lovely, they seemed to lack experience and knowledge. They lacked proper packing materials and protection for our items. The office gave poor explanations and little help.
Slow and lazy workers here at this place. Came here to pick up a load, gave them my number so they can call. Still haven't heard anything from them. It's been 3 hours now...
