Mike, Mike, and Preston moved heavy pieces through a tricky stairwell and got everything from Stamford to Greenwich in under two hours. They were kind, respectful, and efficient.
Negative Advantage Moving & Storage, LLC Reviews
We supplied 20 moving blankets, and not one was used. Every piece of furniture loaded onto the truck had damage, and the movers left the U-Haul open with furniture still on the sidewalk.
Rida Sadiq, Google
Two pieces of furniture were damaged, the crew size changed from two to three without notice, and the final charge was much higher than expected. Repeated calls and texts received no meaningful response.
The rear gate of the truck was left open and a box was lost. The movers stripped screws from our crib and scratched most of our furniture. After promising to help, the owner stopped responding.
Neutral Advantage Moving & Storage, LLC Reviews
E. Renae, Google
They did a great job moving my things. They were very fast, loading and unloading within two hours. The only issue was storage loading: no mattress cover, a dirty mattress, and my dresser was placed upside down.
The movers were polite and professional but very slow to empty a two-bedroom apartment. It took 5 3/4 hours, and they did not complete the move because their truck was full.
Yelp
They gave the best price and were friendly, thoughtful, and on time. They were fast and completed the move within the estimated quote. I found two damaged pieces of furniture.
