"Unfortunately, one of my boxes was lost while using RT Relocation to move from CT to FL. I had opted for the full insurance, but when I reported the box missing and they were unable to locate it, they denied my claim. The customer service representatives were all very nice, but that does not change the fact that I no longer have any shoes or compensation for the missing box. I wish I had a better experience with RT relocation during my move, but I did not and therefore I can't recommend them to you. Good luck with your move!"
"Broken items: King side bed base board, kid table, toddler stepper, bookshelf (arrived without shelves), broken pieces of my couch. Job was VERY underestimated-- cost was MORE than DOUBLE and THEN things arrived broken...Pending claim."
"Awful experience. Moved interstate with them. Truck arrived hours late for move-out. Upon delivery multiple large furniture pieces were damaged. Even with having purchased additional livability, I’ve received zero compensation. My suggestion if you’re moving, run the other way from these guys."
