Negative Burgess Moving and Storage Reviews
Yelp
For one the communication was lacking. I was told the movers had another job before mine, yet they showed up at 8am with 5 minutes warning. They also damaged several items, including a marble table and coffee table.
Yelp
Items disappeared, delivery window was missed, valuable painting was a total loss due to improper handling, driver left before missing boxes were accounted for, and claim resolution took nearly a year.
Edda M., Yelp
My boxes were labeled and they still left them all in wrong rooms. The bottom of my couches were damaged. They took apart my bed and changed all of the original hardware, damaging my bed.
Neutral Burgess Moving and Storage Reviews
Yelp
My move went pretty smooth. My complaint is the follow-up with a few issues after the move. Operations Manager never called back after repeated attempts about refrigerator scratches noted on the paperwork.
